Job description

Danesgate is a specialist setting for 5-16 year olds with social, emotional and mental health needs.  We are seeking to recruit  teaching assistant’s to work in our Primary and Secondary classes who have worked with children who have SEMH and SEN. Danesgate is a very welcoming and vibrant place to work and offers significant opportunities for professional development for anyone who is committed to working with vulnerable young people. 

We would be glad to hear from applicants who have previously worked as a teaching assistant or who have a similar background working with children who have SEMH and SEN. The vacancy would be varied and anyone considering this post is welcome and encouraged to come and have a look around and an informal chat.
